Exchange Policy
Since we work with international suppliers, immediate exchanges may not always be possible. However, Homentie provides solutions in specific cases.

Exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong product received (e.g., incorrect size or color).

We do not exchange products for reasons of personal preference such as size, color, or style chosen incorrectly by the customer.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
Example:
If you ordered a white organizer but received a black one, we will cover the costs of sending the correct item.
