Since we work with international suppliers, immediate exchanges may not always be possible. However, Homentie provides solutions in specific cases.

  • Exchanges are accepted for manufacturing defects or wrong product received (e.g., incorrect size or color).

  • We do not exchange products for reasons of personal preference such as size, color, or style chosen incorrectly by the customer.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

If you ordered a white organizer but received a black one, we will cover the costs of sending the correct item.
