At Homentie, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. If your product arrives defective, damaged, or does not match the description, you may request a return or refund.

  • The request must be made within 7 calendar days after delivery (according to Brazilian Consumer Defense Code).

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and undamaged.

  • Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after product inspection and approval, either as a full refund or store credit.

Example:
If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, you can send photos and request a return. Once approved, the full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
